Workout Day

Today, we decided to keep the athletes out of the pouring rain in order to get a solid workout in. From 1 to 3pm, the athletes completed a workout that consisted of 6 different upper and lower body workouts, followed be some dual sprint races, and topped off with a solid session of core. The athletes did some great work today and are looking forward to getting back on snow tomorrow.

The core abdominal exercise machine include abs trainers, abs ball, abs slings, crunch benches, crunch machines etc. These machines are better than simple abs exercise because they help to contract abs muscles a lot more, isolate them and function best on them to develop them.
